Lately I've been super stressed. My mind has been here, there and everywhere. Thinking about all the tasks I need to get done, having too many ideas, and wondering which road to follow (in lack of better words).
Literally step back, step away and allow yourself to relax.
Allow yourself, to not think about all your tasks, for a few hours, a day, a few days (how ever long it takes).
Let your mind rest.
Now that you have stepped back, allow yourself to enjoy.
Go for walks, get that fresh air and sit by the ocean.
Have a movie marathon. Watch that super cheesy movie that makes you laught.
Laughing lighten your load mentally, making you feel less stressed.
Have a bath, take a nap.
Whatever you do just enjoy yourself.
ONE THING AT A TIME
Once you have had that time away, and that time to enjoy, you will find that your mind clears up.
With a clear mind, you can easily tackle all your goals/to-do list, but try to only focus on one task at a time.
Make a list of all your tasks. Then figure out which task needs to get done, and start there.
Continue your list with hobbies and tasks you wish to do, and goals that would benefit your future.
You have to start somewhere, and by doing one task at a time you will feel less stressed.
